I would do the door frame a bright white (like Chantilly Lace - Benjamin Moore) to contrast against the wall color (and paint the baseboard the same color) and I think the black tile would be great against that wall color and the great color you chose for the door. Good luck! Great choices!

I don't understand why you want to paint the interior of the door Urbane Bronze. Usually only front doors are (only sometimes) painted contrasting colors. The door (and frame) should just be painted the white trim color. Why are you putting tile on the walls at all, especially since you say the drywall was not done well? Tiling there is just extra work that you don't really need to do. If you must tile, I prefer the ones that aren't black.

Why don't you paint the room a more interesting color than beige (such as SW Sea Salt), buy a new shower curtain, hang some towel bars and nice new towels to add interest?

Skip the tile on the side of the vanity and the tile on the side wall. It'd be a lot more fun to wallpaper the walls.

I never suggest wallpapering in rooms with showers...wallpaper is an investment and in a few years the wallpaper will start to peel with the humidity from the shower even in the best ventilated spaces

Painting the wall, door, trim and baseboard the same color would be a cleaner look. Use semi gloss for baseboard.
