Pretty easy to repaint cabinetry but could you try and work with the color? A pretty rug or drapery?

The color of what? The cabinets, the counter, the counter with the cabinets, the cabinets with the floor? I can't be sure what it looks like IRL. The counter looks kind of pink and the cabinets look kind of blue in the picture. Is that how it looks to you? It's possible that a different wall color would help it. Can you post a better shot of the floor and show us the rest of the room? What color are the walls now?

I think the color is pretty, but IMO it should be on the cabinets only. I would paint the wall that the mirror is on the same as the walls. I love large mirrors, but I would frame it.

what if you did the walls a diff color, brought in some wood accents like a teak stool or some shelves, maybe some art over by the tub, some greenery, towels, etc.

I think a dark charcoal gray would look amazing w/the blue and the white tile. then I'd do a stool, an orchid, a nice piece of art, a few plants on wood shelf, a nice rug in front of the vanity and a chandelier over the tub area

you need some wood somewhere. and some texture.

basket, flowers, plants, tub items (like shown in the shower)

don't know what your style is, but I'd play up the blues and really get something that pops.

I think the blue is pretty too. I agree with others to paint all walls white, and leave only the cabinets blue.

The first photo looks way different from the 2nd, so that goes to show you that lighting is key. Try some different bulbs, in warmer and cooler color temperatures until you find something that you like. (Don't go cooler than 4000K, anything higher will be too stark and blueish.)

In my bathroom, I use "Reveal" LED bulbs, which are kind of different. They have a very subtle pinkish hue. Not noticeably pink to the naked eye, they come across as nice and balanced (not too warm or too cool), and this light makes things look sooo much better. (Including skin tones-- it's very flattering.) I have been using these in my bathrooms forever. It's like magic BB cream for a whole room.

I'd try changing the wall color first and see where that gets you. I don't love the gold with the blue--I would have gone with a cooler finish--but that's a pricier fix (and also a personal preference). You might also see what it would cost to put something different in the two tall cabinets where the gold mesh is--changing that plus the wall color would probably shift the tone of the room a lot. It looks lovely overall, though!
