Stained fiberglass door

We just finished building our new home in November of 2021 we have two stained fiberglass doors in the carport and have just recently noticed black marks on them over the past few days it has gotten way worse! is this mold or midew and is it normal for this to happen so quickly with stained fiberglass? our front and back doors are double solid wood doors and are fine

Lack of sun and or air movement to help dry the door from overnight condensation creating mildew. Scrub it with spic and span or similar, after allowing it to dry maybe fresh coat of polyurethane and see if you can get better air flow thru the carport or it will on more things than just the door. Fiberglass is an inert material that will hold onto the moisture better than wood or other similar surfaces
