snow mouse and holy mouse ears leaves look exactly alike to me.

One is a European discovery and one is a US discovery.

This happens a lot. Hostas like to sport, where ever they grow, whether in Europe or USA or in a lab in the Netherlands. They just get different names. (Just adds to the confusion. No wonder there are THOUSANDS of hostas, and that so many of them look exactly alike. Fun.

You’re correct…….#1 is Snow Mouse. I agree that Holy ME is very similar, in fact I had to go out and make sure I had taken the right photo…….. :-)

7 must be Frances Williams then. That did occur to me, but I didn't see any burn marks. :)

You are right Ben. FW is correct. It has some burn marks, which is normal for this hosta (something about a flaw in the breedin). I didn’t take a leaf pic that was brown as I thought that could be obviou……lol

still looking for: #3, #4, #6, and #9.. Remember, #3 & #9 are Giantland hostas. Those of you who see my posts regularly will probably know these two.

Lindalana, you are correct! #3 is GL Blue Banana. It’s been a good grower for me.

#9 I will clarify the hint a bit. Think of a woman that has charm & grace, who dresses lovely….. she may be said to have this.

9 is GL Elegance? One I got still looking yellow but burned a ton.

Indianagardengirl, you are correct! #6 is Waverunner and lindalana, you are also correct, #9 is GL Elagance. Mine is in lots of shade, not yellow now but chartreuse.

Now we only have #4—-I will renew the hint: look to the stars + a state of perfect happiness, great joy!

Your hints are really good - i havent grown any of these but the hints tell me #4 is Astral Bliss
