There are different styles that would suit the settee, but Boho, Moroccan, or Modern with earthy elements might work well. It really depends on your taste and the loft also. Search Pinterest and Houzz to help with a direction and consider needs, layout and budget. Doing a room planner will be useful also, especially if an open concept.

It appears what’s needed first is actual storage. You mention this room is used for storage but looks like there is none other than baskets & floor. What’s inside the double door closet? And the single door? Is any work on crafts done in this room? Two comfy looking chairs already there. What use or function would additional seating provide? IMO before adding any more furniture to this space, I’d decide what it will be used for. Reading? Lamps and side tables needed for lighting? Actual work on crafts? Would a table be useful for a work surface and shelving units for storage or is closet configured to provide organized storage?

It isn't tough to style...just stay with the style. Use some Campaign furniture in the space to compliment the chaise.

The double doors is the master- yes i do small projects or wrap gifts or sit and read- its a quiet space but i have my fabric and craft items all in canvas buckets boxes or baskets
