If it just appeared spontaneously I’d say it’s Winter Creeper, Euonymus fortunei, although that id would be predicated upon its having opposite foliage, which isn’t possible to see from the pictures.

It is definitely not Box and I have no idea what Globe Myrtle is.

My first thought was winter creeper as well.

Well, I am rubbish at ID (unlike Floral who is a total superstar) but I have to say, euonymous fortunei shouted out to me as well. 'Winter Creeper' is a new common name to me.
