Look for companies in your area that do the polyaspartic concrete coatings. They come in any color or color blend, and can look like a terrazzo, granite and/or small pebble finish.

Most have a 15 year warranty.

I agree stamped type concrete is great choice .Waht do you means by under the patio ? Maybe post a pic of the space too.

We had a pool with a plain concrete deck in our last home. We live on a lake now, & have a large stamped concrete patio in our backyard. It's fine, but for a pool surround/patio area, I would much prefer the coated concrete, for both the look, and the finish will stay cooler, and is more comfortable to walk on.

For our patio and pool area we used Shellock Pavers from Artistic Pavers.

I like using pavers because if you ever have any issues with pool pipes/electrical/gas or any settling, you can pull up the pavers, make the repairs, and replace the pavers. You will never know that a repair was made. Try making a repair with a concrete floor ... it will never look seamless.
