I don't understand the fancy names for colors. Nightfall would never mean brown to me.

They should put the exact colors in the description.

I bought a duvet cover from GH that was described as ”white.” It was beige. It had an inset of entredeux that was white, so it was easy to see that the body of the cover was not white. I called to ask if I had ordered the wrong color. Nope. That was what they called white. Like Bunny, I asked and they agreed to refund me the entire cost and to pay for me to return it. I’m looking elsewhere for a duvet cover. White and beige are not the same thing. (Unlike Bunny, it didn’t end up costing me 92 cents. How odd!!)

92 cents is definitely odd, but a price I don't mind paying considering the options.

Fori, we have had some devastating October fires in northern California. I still don't think of nightfall as brown. Black, deep blue. The smoke-filled sky is not a color I'd choose.

Glad they did the right thing. I recently returned two pair of linen pants to Athleta. They were nice quality but just didn’t fit right. When they received them back, they only credited one pair. I couldn”t imagine why, but waited s while to see uf they corrected the error. I finally had to call and was a little nervous because I had no proof both were in the package i’d sent, but they did refund for both, thankfully.
