Can you show a photo of the adjoining bedroom dimensions? I really dislike having closets inside the bathroom and there may be a way to change the configuration of the bedroom/bathroom to allow for the closets to be in the bedroom.

Show existing windows also. Can the bedroom door be moved on that wall?

Im sorry- im an amateur trying to draw it out. the window is in the current closet. it says 3.5 feet. In the new layout it is above the tub.

When i said room to expand, i meant we could move the bathroom wall 2 feet into the bedroom giving the bathroom a bit more room. not sure that was clear.

I did another mock up like this a while ago. is this similar to your idea? remember i have to keep the toilet on the left side.

Yes, that works. But I'd move the door on the closet hallway to the bathroom, instead. I'd also make the hallway at least 40-42" wide. P.S. Note the pocket doors on the closets in my photo. I think those would work better for the closets and save space.

Im not too concerned with whether access to the closet is in the bathroom or the bedroom. i can go either way. just want to use the space in the best way.

if the closet being in the bathroom doesn’t bother is, do you have any other thoughts?
