when you picked this, did you not visit the showroom to view a full slab? or go online to see how it looked in pictures?

If the slab hasn't been bought and fabricated, is it not possible to ask for a replacement of equal or higher value? this way the builder isn't losing anything

what cabs and flooring are you going with?

Hi Beth! thank you! we did not have a look at the slab in person, we saw samples of it and we were happy with what we saw online. It does look gorgeous, but im looking for others experiences with using it day to day. Like is it easy to clean? does it stain easily? or does it chip easily? this has been mentioned in some of the reviews i’ve seen.

Our flooring will be white tiles to go with the white of the Empira White.

quartz does chip more frequently than say a granite or quartzite. I have silestone quartz and have chipped it twice w/my iron skillet. my fault. always on the edge. you just have to be careful. (if you do chip it, save the chipped piece and they can repair it to where you can't even see it)

it doesn't stain. easy to clean. I'm sure caesarstone is the same. don't place hot pots directly on the surface. other than that, it's fine.
