First of all, my contractor just did a bad job with all the tiling. There’s dried grout and haze all over the place. And im so stupid that I tried to scrub them off the marble tile and now it’s all scratched. Please help:

1. Can I make my scratched marble tile shiny/sheen again? Pretty sure the surface coat is gone

2. How to remove dried grout and haze such as in this pic? I tried to use aquamix non cement and it’s not working, feel like I made the haze even worse. The grout is laticrete which is epoxy? Am I using the wrong formula?
