Recessed lighting layout Issue

I am trying to figure out how to layout recessed lights on my vaulted ceiling. The room is 14ftx20ft. The height of the ceiling ranges from 15ft to 22ft. The fan is 15ft high and then the ceiling goes up to 22ft.
I was thinking of adding 5 recessed lights.
I wanted to see if anyone had good suggestions about the layout.
