Can I get some ideas on what to do here? Floors were just redone, still have to paint walls and trim…decided to go very neutral and painting walls divine white and trim a lighter white.
I have a velvet olive green sectional.
I’m wondering if anyone has any clever design ideas for the fireplace? Maybe paint the mantle? I don’t mind the brick and not sure if I’d want to paint it white or black but definitely not interested in covering it up with any alternatives.
I don’t like TVs over mantels, but not sure what else to do with it?
Down the road we will most likely be updating the windows with black windows.
I wondered about painting just the mantle black but I have not seen anyone do that and keep the red brick. I also don’t want too much going on as I’m going to have the olive green couch which is such a pop on its own. Open to any and all ideas! Thank you in advance for any suggestions!!
