We don't know where you live thus can't answer if it will be on the MLS for your area. There are numerous MLS systems across the country. You need to make sure they have access to the one for your area. Google MLS and your town if you don't know what it is.

The "Silver package $349" does say MLS listed. But if you read some of the negative reviews on this service, they are eye-opening.

Someone else on this site said they listed their house on that service. Several months later it's still not sold. But there are/were many other issues with their house.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. First, Houzeo didn't even list my house; another broker did it. I didn't realize they weren't the actual listing broker when I signed up. This created a terrible, drawn-out communication chain: if I needed to make any changes, I had to contact Houzeo, who contacted the broker, who finally contacted me. It was inefficient and frustrating.

My biggest issue, and what makes me feel completely scammed, is that it wasn't a flat fee at all! I'm pretty sure I clicked on an ad and saw on their website that it was a flat fee service. Yet, when my house sold, they charged me an additional 0.5% commission. I am furious. I feel misled and cheated because they advertised one thing but delivered another.
