Evrything in my kitchen is fighting with eachother. Any advice on how to make it blend into eachother or is there no fix?

Start by fixing the lighting change all the bulbs to LEDs 4000K then all the colors will be true no yellow glow from lights. Then declutter the top of the cabinets and the counter . I think right now the backspalsh is the issue it does not work with the counter .

Maube paint or replace the backsplash so it's more muted and blends between the cabinets and countertop better?

its all rather neutral.. i dont see the problem. if its a "tired of this" thing I'd be cautious about ripping things about due to costs. First thing for me would be more dynamic floor mats/runners...think of some color . they make so many durable pretty ones now. Maybe a certain "look" for some countertop accessories whether ceramic canisters/baskets/propping up cutting boards etc. when the light hits the backsplash its quite pretty. maybe some new hardware on the cabs....you can probably substitute glass doored fronts for the wall cabs in a few spots which would be amazing w the pretty tile. take it easy..you can refresh without ripping out things. look at how glass doors pick up the looks in this scene.....

and your tile is even prettier to work w frosted glass/ seeded glass etc.

For me, the backsplash draws attention. However, i think its a very pretty tile. My suggestion would be to work on the lighting, and then add some softness with a window treatment.

Agreed. I think it’s the backsplash.
Find out if you can grout over the whole thing to tone it down….
    Or maybe change it 😬🫣

I also think the hardware is in a funny spot. They’re small and very high up.
    I’d change those.
    Maybe try a gold hardware.
And because there are holes already, you’ll need a hardware with a back plate. (See below)

2 things that would bother me - 1, tiles abruptly stopping above sink and stove leaving a gap above cabinets (looks imcomplete) and 2, handles positions on the doors look incorrect - a visual jumping around

I just put it in :( it looked completely different as an independant tile aposed to a whole wall of tiles... Thank you for all your suggestions <3 I am going to go buy lights on my lunch break. I am so petrified of making another wrong move, i trust myself not lol!!! any colours i should pick up or stay away from? Again, THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU ALL <3

It’ll be ok. Don’t stress too much.
    Be kind to yourself 💗

Bring in golds and creams I think.

Two things: the backsplash and the lack of color.

I would remove/ replace the backsplash tile.

You can paint the wall & decide on a splash later. If/ when you re-tile, I would stop the tile at the bottom of the cabinets where the sink is and at the bottom of the range hood on the other wall.

The open cabinet to the right of the range needs a door. Hopefully you just removed a door as an experiment. And the toe kick on the base cabinet next to the range needs to be painted to match the cabinet.

The backsplash tile is indeed really lovely. I just think it's showing as the bit off. Like it's more of a grey than creamy MoP. I think the swap out for gold cabinet hardware might work. Maybe try going black, that might work. A few bucks for a couple cheap pieces just to see what the color would look like on the cabinets for a test. Then you can decide how you like it.

And I don't think your counters look cluttered. You have good machines that I bet you use regularly. I gotta give props for having a slicer on the counter. If I had the counter space, mine would probably live out too.

I actually like the backsplash. I would not have gone around the window though - just the stove and that's it. I would also change you paint color - it seems off with the floor. Don't go crazy - try little things and see how it looks. Sometimes when things are new, they feel wrong.

    It is hardly a mess.

I like your kitchen. It reminds me of this kitchen featured on Houzz. You might want to click on it and the Learn More link to see additional photos for styling ideas.

    I like the backsplash too!

I am sure this mockup is not the perfect color choice for the cabinets. I just picked it quickly off of my programs color wheel to show you what it might look like if you painted the dark brown.

In my opinion, it makes the kitchen look so cheerful, fresh, and inviting. Not the best mockup, but those are supposed to be gold cabinet pulls.

What feels like it's fighting to you? Overall I think it's working together pretty well. I think I might have selected a lighter grout for the tile, but it's not bad. I also find the installation where the tile goes all the way to the ceiling just around the window and range to be a bit odd, but it's always tricky to find the right stopping point.

I would try some of these suggestions, especially decluttering and changing the lighting. At some future point I would change the backsplash to something that works better with the counters. No rush.

I think the backsplash and counter look fine on my monitor. I think the clutter and the dark, utilitarian rugs aren’t doing you any favors. Look at something like ruggables or other washable runners. The blue cabinet mock up is gorgeous, if you’re considering changing the cabinets.
