Shaw EA819 carpet

We are looking at getting carpet replaced in.our home and like the Shaw EA819 with lifeguard protection but read many reviews about people not happy with Shaw products. Is it a good idea to get this nylon carpet? Is there any other carpet that is recommended for busy families? Want something durable.
