If you just want black and white, Daltile is a good bet. For colors, we used B&W Tile and were very happy with them. (We mixed their field tile with Daltile bullnose and cove base and that worked out well--tiles are well-matched in thickness and size.) I believe Daltile's 1/2" pencil trim is flat, but if not, B&W's definitely is.

Ah, got it--in that case you could do Daltile for the field and bullnose and get the pencil liner from Heritage Tile or B&W. We used the 1/4" B&W pencil liner for our project and that worked out well. (When we did our kitchen years ago, we also used a 1/4" flat pencil liner that a local tile store cut for us, so that's another option--in that case we didn't need enough of it to justify ordering/shipping from anywhere so that was less expensive.)

You can contact Mission Tile West in CA. They carry vintage styles for many of the old Craftman and Spanish Revival houses in So. CA. Their website is not that great, but I'm sure they will help if you call. They might be able to suggest tile lines you can find locally.

Yes we did look at Daltile but it appears to be rounded. Thank you all for these suggestions! I will keep at it. We have the bullnose and regular subway tiles, just need to find that trim. Appreciate all the options!
