My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Welcome to the TC! The stone is a chilton / fondulac mix. We matched the exterior of the home. I believe it all came from Headbergs. They have a nice selection of stone there. Thank you!

    Funny enough I am right in the middle of stone selection on my own home and I am going through Hedberg as well. My woodwork is a cinnamon stained white oak similar in tone to the woodwork in this image. It's nearly the identical look I'm trying to get to in regards to the stone / wood mix. If you don't mind, may I take this photo to Hedberg to re-create? I was leaning toward their "Minnehaha" mix, but I have to say this image is just perfect. Very well done, as is the rest of your portfolio - that Lake Johanna family room is fantastic.
