My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    This Eicher house has in-floor hydronic radiant heating and no AC. So no ducts are required. For homes like this where the homeowner wants AC we tyipcally use mini-split wall or ceiling cassettes, or a low-profile ducted system like Unico or SpacePak. All of those are electric heat pump systems that provide both heating and AC, just in case the radiant in-slab heating goes kaput.
