Wall color ideas

Kitchen reno starts in the spring, I have nailed down cabinets and counters - Ikea havstorp turquoise for base, light ash for uppers, and soapstone counters. Floors are likely to be marmoleum in painter’s palette, abutting original red oak (Yes I would love to match it and go full wood, no it is not in the plans for many reasons.) My ’island’ is a slightly offwhite tool cart with a wood veneer top (that I want to replace with true butcher when we finish the reno - it will be our mobile kitchen in the living room when we do that.) My dining chairs are vintage orange, the reno will be connecting our dining area and kitchen to form an eat in kitchen.

I love color, and am not afraid of it! A tile backsplash is planned for phase 2, and am thinking I could do removeable wallpaper to test out patterns/colors for that once we are living in the new kitchen. What would you do for wall color on the non-cabinet/backsplash walls? Currently the dining area is a deep teal above white wainscoting, and the wainscoting will probably stay.

Photos are my chosen stuff/ mood board, and a mockup using ikea’s stock photos, and a floor plan to show where the walls/sight lines are (It’s just a window on the right there, the planner shows a door but that’s an error, if it matters.)

Thank you!
