Are you starting from scratch, or just replacing some pieces? If you could provide an idea of functionality needs for both living and dining rooms (seating, storage, etc). Any info, even including your style, will help in you receiving pertinent and useful information.

Basically from scratch. Idk a good functionality description, but I’m 28 living alone with my cat and would love to start dating. So I guess living room should be cozy for movie nights. The brown door is the front door and the door from living room is to a patio. Past the front door is the kitchen.

The powder room and coat closet is between garage and kitchen

Thought I’d check back to see other’s ideas, as I couldn't decide. Too bad you didn’t hear and this should bump you back up for comments.

Given you want cozy and seating/TV are important, consider a smaller scale sectional and TV where it’s located (which is not great) or under window on a low console. This sectional placement will define the LR/DR and asuming your dining table won’t be large, it will help balance the space.

Decide on layout and inspiration rooms will help with style/decor decisions. Only then start shopping.
