The handles look fine. Change to what and why? Show the room and the rest of what you bought as a "set"........: ( End tables? Another dresser? Bed?

Nothing lives in isolation, post a picture of what you have, and the look you are going for in the room,

They look fine; even from further back.

If wanting to change to better complement your room, just bring home some to test (that are returnable) and be sure they are the right length. Hard to suggest anything specific without seeing your room.

I agree we need to see the space .

It really depends on the room, the decor, the colors, etc. Luckily changing out door hardware is easy and relatively inexpensive if you do decide to change.
