Beth, your Island Breeze looks like mine does late in August-early September……it’s a late bloomer for me….probably the last to bloom. When did you take your photo? It’s a nice full one.

I love that Blue Indigo! I see Independence is on the sun tolerant list….. it’s a really nice one. How does it do in the sun for you? I am looking for sun tolerant hostas……

I have multiples of Invincible..the 3 lighter green at the bottom of the photo..is the darker green one above those 3 an Invincible too?..not sure about that one..

deb indigo child isn't from indigo. indigo is actually a color between blue and violet. not regular blue. remember in elementary science class. roygbiv? it was my first notice of the color name indigo. some plants i like to give names that have deeper/dual meanings as well.

i lost the parentage, but i can speculate that it was first blush by clausa var clausa based on its closed flower.

i'm pushing for purple blushers and variegated blushers next.

i've come close with streakers, we shall see if they improve with age or need another genetic boost..

hosta_maker is it a cross with clausa var. clausa to have those closed flowers. It is lovely.

Debra another beautiful IB. Great to see Inniswood, I have been trying to find a spot for mine. My Independence only gets sun for the first half of the day. I had Revolution in almost full sun and it did well if you don't count the constant reversions within the clump. I do miss it.

Ann that is a nice grouping but I don't think that is Invincible because I see no shine.

Laurie..the one above the 3 does look different..the 3 look pale to me..my Invicibles in front are darker green and shiny..if all of my plants were in their original locations I could ID more of them..🤦‍♀️

Debra my picture of Island Breeze was taken September 9th, definitely one of my latest blooming hostas. I do love it especially if it is a place where it can show off it's "legs".

Peren, I do love your Indigo, does it keep this color all season?

Shadow Ivory Coast looks great.

Beth Indigo keeps its colour pretty well but would be better if it got a bit less sun. It gets sun until at least 3:00 or later.

Here it is in August 2020 when I was clearing out the Dianthus deltoides surrounding the area. I am on a well and do not water hence the browning tips.

I have been on the garden web for awhile, but tho i should catch up.

I have a couple of "I"s but no pictures. I really love everyone's Island Breeze hosta! I have one, and it is a good hosta. I think I had better move mine to a better spot so that it can look more like everyone else's! Beautiful!

Slow growth Iris Frazier

I hate playing catch-up. That Iris Frazier is going on my list, slow or no.

I have 5 I's but only took picks of Inniswood so you get 2 I's from me.

Inniswood at the bottom in June (the month not the Hosta).

And later in the year.

Plus, Inniswood Gardens is right around the corner from me. I should get a pic of theirs this year.
