I'd hit it with some MB20 on a hog's hair pad.

It may not have needed to be sealed. Some quartzites are very dense and should not be sealed (like Taj Mahal quartzite for example), but some are not dense and are more like marble and must be sealed. If you seal very dense stones, the sealant will just sit on top and cause a haze. The haze will be particularly noticeable if a plate or similar is dragged across the counter.

You didn't say the name of your quartzite, and that photo you posted makes it impossible to identify. If the sealant is indeed the problem (and we can't tell from what little you have provided), it can be removed with acetone (with windows open).

How much resin/filler does this quartzite have? Those areas won't have the same shine as the actual stone.

It’s hard to capture in a picture , it looks like there was something that didn’t get buffed out and it just looks like it needs to be wiped off all the time. I have not seen this issue on any other that I have looked at

@Rosemarie Drys -per my previous comment, it could be that the sealant was applied and is causing the haze. People who have haze from sealant report exactly what you said, that it looks like it needs to be wiped off all the time and that it looks foggy. Acetone removes sealant. What you can try in a unobtrusive spot is to take a bit of nail polish remover - which is acetone, and is usually already in the home - and wipe that unobtrusive spot, and see what the area looks like after you've wiped it. A little goes a long way.
