gosh they seem pretty neutral what don't you like about them?

Is it the pine you dislike, the stain, or both? if it is just the stain, look into having them refinished.

I think the wood is pretty, but I have never liked the white or grey stain trends.

ETA: the tone of the floor is wrong with your backsplash and wall color - warm where they lean cool. The cabinets are beautiful and work with either!

My first thought is to stain them a toastier more classic color. My second is to paint them warm white like the doors. In the photos the color looks like unfinished wood.

What are the floors like in the adjoining spaces?

I think the cabinets/counter is beautiful and the floor is beautiful, but their styles seem incompatible one is elevated and traditional while the other is casual and rustic. To my eye, at least.
