Tree selection for new home

I am building a new home in Texas in a retirement community. The county is requiring three trees on my lot from the four builder’s offerings as folllws: Lacebark Elm, Schumard Oak, Cedar Elm and Live Oak. They seem to all be larger trees, but these are my choices. I will probably put two trees in the far back corners of the property, but am unsure where to place the third tree. I don’t want to block my view in the back nor do I want damage from tree roots or lots of debris. The front yard is smaller. Any help would be appreciated.
