Impassioned is one of our favorites--wonderful daylily. I need to add Isabelle Rose. It looks fabulous.

I had too many I's but since Mantis posted a picture of Impassioned, I won't.

I Lava You isn't at clump strength yet, but it looks promising.

Illinois Jacquet Flies Again is a huge flower.

Itsy Bitsy Spider is just yellow, but it is one of my favorite diploid small-flowered daylilies. It makes a huge clump and the scapes and nice and tall.

As you can see, we are getting into the uf and spider types, both tet and dip.

Mantis, I like all of these but my favorites are Ideological Worldview and In Living Color.

Nancy, My favorites are If It Only Had a Porche, It Stops at Yard Sales and I lava You.

Indian Giver. I've had it a long time and I never get tired of it. No wonder I use it to hybridize.

In High Regard. It was only the first year but from what I've heard I have high hopes.

I only have one other I, Ice Carnival. It is relatively reliable but nothing exceptional.

I like Ideological Worldview, Mantis.

I don't have many 'I's' it seems. I agree that Indian Giver and I Lava You are great plants so I won't repeat those two.

IN HIGH REGARD, I can only sing the praises of this one if you want the perfect diploid. Tall, well-budded, fertile, blooms into the late season when others are fading. Clumps up quickly and has excellent foliage.

INCREASED COMPLEXITY, does very well for me here, produced great seedlings for me with great clarity of color and good plant habits.

INQUIRE WITHIN, an older Hanson that always seems to be in bloom. Good performance year after year.

INCENDIARY, it's hard to believe that a Maryott intro makes the cut most years. Early on in my daylily addiction I bought a lot of Maryott's and they are mostly long gone. This one has always been a good plant for me. Has been divided multiple times, podded up every year, and still increases well and has lots of blooms/scapes.

INVENTION

This one took forever to get going and I almost gave it away. Being a dip it has very wispy foliage and when I ordered it, it came as 2 teensy fans. Finally this year it did very well but who knows about next year!

Fun to be able to post again, Sherry! I have missed all of you, although I have been watching your photos! I rushed thru hoping it would all post, for once it worked like a charm!

I've tried to post two other times today and failed. I hope the third time is the charm.

I'm Gonna Love You Through It was much taller than registered last year and had buds in the high teens.

I Lava You is usually very well-branched and budded, but not so much last year. It reblooms for me.

Ice Cream Emperor is always a favorite in the early season.

Indian Ripple even managed to rebloom last year, despite the horrible heat and the lack of rain. It doesn't normally rebloom for me.

Irresistible You had super bud count two seasons ago. It was quite a bit lower last year.

Even though there have been other postings of IN HIGH REGARD, I decided to add mine to the mix. It is one of my favorites in the garden. It is such a clean looking flower.

ISABELLE ROSE: Perfection!!! I am frequently disappointed by the Stout Medal winners, but not this one!

INQUIRE WITHIN: Another outstanding plant. I love the color combination and plant habit is not too shabby. It is well branched and budded.

INDY SHOCKER: Not the best picture. This is the most difficult daylily bloom to photograph regardless of the lighting conditions. It is a well branched and budded plant. Blooms for a long time. The only drawback is that it is slow to increase.

Honorable Mentions:

IRON WARRIOR: A newer Bennett intro. It is a big bloom. I am hoping that it continues to put out blooms like this.

IT'S THE RAGE: Hoping that it gets taller, but I like the teeth.

Impressionist Sky is a good grower here and worthy of recommendation. It didn't like the heat last June, but not many did.

And In the Heart of It All is very reliable, has rebloomed some years--a large flower with good substance.

So many pretty ones with this letter! In High Regard and Isabelle Rose loos lovely wherever they are grown. I always liked Nan's photos of Impassioned, and it looks just as good for Mantis. Sherry's Indian Giver and Itza Pink Teddy are always gorgeous

Kay - Inca Prince does make a happy looking clump. I still grow that one but did not photograph it last year. Intelligent Design and Isle of Patmos always catch my eye.
