We’re considering purchasing a La Cornue range for our kitchen remodel. However because our property is powered by electricity only (the gas line doesn’t run out here in the country), we really can’t get a gas stove top. However, before we decide to drop anywhere between 20-50k on this luxury brand, we want to make sure it’s worth the investment. We found no La Cornue reviews specifically rating their induction tops. Are they any good? Because it’s a newer addition to their products and La Cornue is mainly known for their more traditional gas operated stoves, we’re not sure whether the induction meets the same standard in quality and performance. Does anyone know?
