You may not know your style, but surely you know what you like. Houzz has thousands of photos. Browse through and start creating idea books. Your room is lovely. What stands out to me is the circular rug that doesn't seem to relate to anything else in the room. Do you need it there? I would also look for a larger rug where the couch is to better ground that space. I also prefer rugs under the dining table, but understand that many people do not. Hoping my comment will bump up your post and some people with good ideas for rugs will start chiming in.

What do you love and want to keep? What are you tired of? As already mentioned it's a lovely space.

If you just want to change things up a little, these are a couple of suggestions. Feel free to disregard if you dislike any of them.

• New area rugs for the dining space and living space. Go bigger than what you have now under the sofa and get rid of the round rug.
• Paint and add some color or depth. The white is nice but a new color might be a fun change.
• New dining chandelier and new fan / light fixture in the living room.
• Add some chairs to the living room for a conversation space.
• Remove the tall china cabinet and put the long cabinet along the wall on the left of the picture to open up the full wall of windows along the back. Or remove the long cabinet entirely.

The round rug.  Yes!  I can remove it now.  This was where my toddler played when I was in the kitchen.  Many Duplo towers were built there.  He is much more apt to build at the coffee table now.  And with the removal of the round rug, I can get a bigger one for the living room.  Great idea!

Dining room rug.  Unfortunately, that would be ruined so quickly.

Dining room storage.  I don't have other locations to store the contents of those two pieces so I am not sure removal is possible.  I'll consider it though.

Living room ceiling fan.  That can go!  We never use it.  What should I put in it's place?

Paint.  It would have to be the same color for living room, dining room, kitchen, and entryway because there is logical stopping point.  What color do you suggest?

Ditto everything @Susie . said. Those were my same first impressions - rugs - what’s the round rug for; rug by couch should be larger; a rug under dining table would be nice. I can’t name your style either but it looks similar to mine. That is, lots of wood, solid, warm & comfortable. Wondering about seating - can’t see if there’s any by fireplace but it seems like a nice comfy chair with side table would be nice in that corner where the blanket filled basket is. That looks like a great spot for reading & gazing out the window. I don’t think I agree that dining light could use update but can’t see all of it. The ceiling fan maybe - or at least the blades on the fan. They look like palm leaves. A fan that coordinates with dining light would be nice.

Very nice room! I had meant to say that IMO, the buffet & cabinet look good where they are - they fit their spaces & I don’t mind the credenza being slightly higher than the windows. Ceiling fan - on seeing the entire fan, I would definitely change to a new fan/light combo that coordinates with dining light. Even if you don’t or rarely use it. I like the dining light as is. I would move that great chair over to corner windows, Any chance the TV & Console will fit on wall to right of window? Even if it hangs over the wall butt out edge that’s ok I think. It’d be nice to open up that window. Maybe just center TV & console on that entire wall space still allowing a clear path to the closet?? door next to fireplace. Yes, I know the art will need to find a new home. As for paint that was mentioned - I do like the clean white you have & if you do paint, I’d stick with lighter shades - warm I think to go with flooring & trim. And, yes, a larger rug would be nice. Too bad as I like the one you have. Maybe at least pull it out from under couch to more centered in space to see what a larger rug would feel like,
