Mohawk Solidtech Pro?

Very much considering Mohawk Solidtech Pro in the new color Amber Escapes, Charlotte. Anyone have experience installing or living with this product? I can find lots of info about Revwood, but not their LVP. Thanks!

Here it is under our kitchen LED lighting next to some Flooret Modin Nakan planks.

@dan1888 Yes, exactly! We have 1,100 square feet to do, it adds up! Honestly wish I loved the look of their Signature when installed but the bevels just kill me. They’re so noticeable to me. I’m from Florida originally and all I see is wood look tile when LVP has a significant bevel. 😂🙈

When I look at Solidtech Plus Amber Escape Charlotte Mohawk SolidTech Plus Amber Escape Charlotte | OnFlooring I see more tone variation than I would like. Maybe you need a full-length plank sample. Too much is a tell of vinyl for me.

Flooret has the Sylvan collection of true hardwood engineered plank. Collections - Silvan Hardwood - Flooret

@dan1888 That's a good point, and I've been going crazy trying to find one with minimal variation! I do like that it seems more like natural wood variation than the insane striping effect with other brands. I wish hardwood or engineered was in our budget or would fit our needs but not right now in this house (newer cookie-cutter neighborhood, everyone has LVP). Eventually when we find a heritage house to renovate it'll be wood all the way! :)

Budget is always a consideration. Sylvan is direct sale at 5.50/sqft. Solidtech is $3.71sqft. Modin Signature has a longer repeat and thick clearcoat at $4.50sqft.
