Just bought a new construction townhome with newly installed LVP flooring. This was a completed new build and not a build to suit so there were no options to change anything such as colors, flooring, cabinets, etc. There was a lot of discussion with the builders agent while we were touring the home and I admittedly was distracted while looking around and snapping a few photos. Once I got home I reviewed some of the photos and noticed some unusual layout patterns in the flooring that was already installed. I will admit that I am extremely OCD about things like this so I wanted to get some other opinions on whether this flooring looks ok the way it installed. I am having an inspection completed next week but I don’t know if these things are evaluated or not and I’m not quite sure how successful I will be in getting the builder to address it even if there is something wrong.
