You can transplant them any time, assuming they’re not too fiddly to handle, remembering, of course, that by summer they will have disappeared. That said, I’m surprised you say they flower all year round. Maybe you have a mix of species?

Yes. I've been a bit quiet.

I have no idea as to the Cyclamen variety I have, but they stayed in leaf, with the odd flower or 2, throughout the summer.

I plan on using the plethora of seedlings to fill the bed I have planted with a Salix carnea 'Kilmarnock', and "train" them to hibernate during the summer.

Right. Those are not C hederifolium, nor one of the other hardy species, imo. They appear to be the miniature florists’ Cyclamen persicum which for most areas of the country are rather tender. They’re used as temporary bedding in Autumn and Winter but don’t usually outlast a few good frosts. I use them in my window boxes for Christmas. I have to admit that Cyclamen persicum was my suspicion, but no more than that.

I did find, on line, an article that said that a form had been discovered that was naturally a bit hardier and had been crossed with the generic form. Maybe these are what I have.

So far this winter, they have laughed off 1 night of -3°C, several at 0°C and one night covered in snow.

That's the nature of the Internet (can't find it again). I was watching this one, because I too suspected florist's cyclamen, when you mentioned their extended flowering period.

Last fall I planted out cyclamen hybrids sown 2019 (x hilldebrandii) which seem to have mostly survived the winter and flowered in the fall. This Nov I planted red forms of hederifolium and coum. Both of which have at last germinated. Cyclamen fun!
