Certainly looks likely, but i would stay away from all of them, 99% sure these are Chinese made, unlikely to be reliable, probably using flammable refrigerant-look on the back for the flammable symbol and cautionary statement. Buy a Whirlpool family bottom freezer, swing-out door or pull-out drawer, and be assured that there will be a service person and parts available if needed. They may look pretty but you want something that keeps your food preserved.

Had my heart set on Whirlpool WRQA59CNKZ, But that was also made in P.R.C using JiaXiperia compressor running isobutane 600a. Found myself a GE GWE19jysnlf and that one is also something I can't say or remember how to spell, made in P.R.C.

Trying to sort through the fake branding of the under $3,000 models

the Whirlpool Compressor Facebook page that is trying to get a class action lawsuit going has really deflated my trust in parts availability or initial sourcing

Those off brand giant paperweights are a waste of money. If you want reliability, look at Electrolux or the higher end Frigidaire’s. They are the Whirlpool octopus’s major competitor.

Moffat is/was not an off-brand, it's just not much known in the U.S. It was more prevalent in Canada and some other countries. It has become more of a branding company than a manufacturer, sourcing goods via Camco, which is a Canadian part of GE.

i read that Camco sold out of them, and Moffat doesnt list refrigerators on their own website. So it is a Haier produced, Moffat stamped piece of P.R.C

But, i lucked out on a Whirlpool Gold french door with brazilian built Embraco, that stays cold most of the time, allegedly. $200, i can experiment and tinker on that with a smile on my face

I have also seen multiple complaints of Electrolux models having cracked evaporators and leaking their freyon out. Might have been caused by ice buildup, but seemed like a trend online

Some research finds (if it's accurate): Mabe (Mexico) partnered with GE in 1986. Mabe bought Camco in 2005 (Camco presumably continued to produce some GE-family appliances such as clothes dryers). Haier bought GE appliances division in 2016 but reportedly hasn't changed much about GE appliance production (GE Appliance Park in Louisville KY remains in operation for example). Moffat currently is owned by Ali Group North America, a large food service equipment manufacturer (I find no details on where are Moffat residential refrigerators produced).

Whirlpool produces some refrigerators in Mexico. French door models are largely produced at the Amana plant (in Amana Iowa) they obtained with the purchase of Maytag in 2006.
