Could be so many granites. That small picture is not sufficient to know which granite it is. Do you have a photo of the slab or at least a larger portion of the stone? If you do not, why do you like it from that little picture? The pictured piece is so small you cannot tell what it will look like as a counter.

One thing I do see from that small photo is what appear to be red flecks, which can be tiny pieces of garnet. That isn't actually a good thing, for two reasons. One because a granite called Kashmir White has the garnet flecks, and Kashmir White and its family of granites are notorious for being stain prone and not having the durability that is prized in granite. Though there are other granites more durable that also have garnet flecks. Which brings me to the second reason - because when those red flecks are scattered across the counter, it can appear to be spattered sauce or blood that you want to wipe up, but you cannot because it's the stone itself.

Could be White Ornamental, or Colonial White or Kashmir White.

What does it matter? Granite yards give them new names all the time. There is no universal single agreed on name for all stone. Call it what you want to call it.
