Wall colour recommendations

Hi
I’m stuck trying to find a good wall colour.
The counters are aqua white quartz, the cupboards are simply white BM, the appliances are stainless and the floor is called sandstone, the backsplash is called light gray. I think it’s the backsplash I dislike the most.
The wall colour that’s there now is like a taupe.
I was looking at doing simply white on the walls but feel it might be a bad choice. The kitchen at one end gets a lot of light and the other end that opens to the dining room is really dark. We are getting under cabinet lights put in. I have the brightest led pot lights in already.
If I do the walls in the same as the cabinets will that take away from the cabinets and make it all look blah?

consider side panel and upper cabinet at the fridge. Consider upper trim across your wall cabinets. Decide about the backsplash [keep or change?] then paint walls this nice pale color...it works with white/ off white or light grays , wood furniture and more. Get a longer floor runner with some color and pattern.

you could consider better looking hardware...C or D curve type....hardware is seen from side in your galley space....many more pleasing ones in that sense. Why dont you get a nice matching rug under the table/ a light fixture? some table decor....you could re-cover the seat cushions.

Here's a nice fresher looking white kitchen w the wall color option/ similar backsplash/ fixture over the table etc.

that is a Houzz image....no details provided on this one.... Sherman Oaks Ca. It's pretty for a basic kitchen I think.... Bring paint chip cards home in that pale blue family...your space will be different anyway
