Ask the hotel that had the one you liked what brand it is.

Go to a good bedding store - or better yet - several good bedding stores and take the time to try out mattresses to find one you like.

That is the only way to find a mattress that you like personally because there are so many SKU's and "names" that mattress brands use that actually finding a specific model is impossible. There are also private "brands" which are manufactured locally and it is probable that a hotel orders their mattresses to their own specifications.

You detemine what kind of construction you like . i.e. memory foam; coils; latex without coils and then do some research on the best construction methods for each kind and what a reasonable budget would be for a high quality mattress within each type.

The only generalization about hotel mattresses is that most of them are probably coil innerspring construction with some kind of pillow top comfort layer because that is considered the "standard" mattress that most people expect.

We have had our pottery barn Westin Hotel heavenly bed for many years. It’s so comfy.

I called the hotel directly and asked about the mattress—they told me the brand and model they use. Sometimes they even offer to sell you one or tell you where to buy.
