More of a designer question, but to my eye...would look a bit weird.

I agree with ^^^^, and will be a bit more blunt. I think it would look awful.

It might look okay, here's what we did in our bathrooms. Did the same thing in our bedroom. Decided to do the rest of the house in stain for everything. Still have to caulk the joints here. You could paint one and think about it, and if you don't like it paint it back to white. We have the optoin of replacing the the trim if we ever feel like it as we did it ourselves.

On the other hand, are you wanting to paint because you feel it gets lost in your wall color? The alternative would be to paint the walls a darker color.

Buzz, we just painted the walls white. They used to be similar to your bathroom color! We think it’s a cleaner more refined look
