Hi all. I just had Danby Marble installed in my kitchen. The installer said they are sealed and ready to use. I noticed that a water ring appeared under a glass left on the counter. It disappeared in less than a minute but this makes me wonder if they are in fact sealed? I did a water test and the water sat on top of the surface. I didn’t leave it there for very long because I got nervous. ;)

Any insight into how I can know if they’re sealed or if it is ok to do it again out of extra precaution?

(I will eventually settle down…I know I need to accept the imperfections that will surely arise!)
