Kraftmaid Warm White Cabinets?

Hi! Can anyone share a photo of Kraftmaid Warm White cabinets installed in their kitchen?

When we saw them on display, the Warm White appeared to be an ideal soft white compared to the Dove White (which seemed to bright to us) and the Canvas (which seemed to have too strong of a yellow undertone to us.)

But in all the photos that I’ve seen from Kraftmaid on IG and FB, they style the Warm White cabinets against a bright white countertop, making the cabinets look very creamy.

We are planning Warm White cabinets on the perimeter and Harbor Blue on the island with a warm quartz - Calacatta Laguna. (We will be refinishing our hardwood flooring to get rid of the orange tones.)

Warm White thoughts appreciated!

Yep, you have a cool countertop and warm cabs. Glad we won’t have yet another thread about mismatched whites after the installation.

I'm not sure I would describe Calacatta Laguna as "warm." Maybe I'm just thrown by the name (isn't it named for a glacial lake?), but it seems to me to be a cool-toned white with blue-leaning gray veining.

Yes, the lighting in the photo doesn’t show the true color well - the Laguna name comes from a slight blue tone on one side of the large vein (I believe) and there is a gold tone on the other side of the large vein.

And maybe I overshared with the photo - I am just hoping to see a photo from someone who put Kraftmaid Warm White cabinets in their kitchen.

Thanks so much! I am new to Houzz and didn’t see the thread. Thanks again!

Just to follow up because seeing the photos that others have shared has helped me - here is our sample slab on the Warm White display at our cabinet designer’s store front. Everything is playing well together (in our opinion and our designer’s as well), so we’re good!

Carolyn Werner, that looks great! Glad to hear that the Warm White cabinets are working so well for you.

@Alyssa Fernandez - thanks so much! It was a relief to see it all together for sure!

@Carolyn Werner , did you end up going with the selections in your photo? The warm white cabinets with the slab color looks great! I am looking at this color combo as well and am curious how you ended up liking yours.

@Crystal Nichole Hi! Yes! We did go with these and loved the results. Here are a few photos of our kitchen right after we finished it. The blue looks darker in the photos than it really is - just for reference. But again, we loved how it turned out in our space. Good luck with your project! :)

Hi @Carolyn Werner, thank you so much for your reply and sharing photos of your beautiful kitchen. It looks perfect! I am looking to incorporate similar colors so your photos are very helpful to see the KM Warm White cabinets with everything you chose. Thanks again!

@Crystal Nichole - happy to share! I learned a lot from reading the discussions on Houzz throughout our planning process so happy to pass on anything that I can. (Be careful though, it can cause you to overthink too ;) )The hardest thing I think is you are picking all these materials and want to make sure it’s cohesive. And that’s basically hard to do without seeing it installed. So I know seeing photos was a huge help to me. We were completely changing our layout and knocking down a wall as well, which made it a bit more of a challenge to visualize. (Here’s a before photo.) Since the warm white can be tricky - I highly recommend going with a backsplash like the WOW Fez tile that has a variety of whites in it to help pull things together. It’s a beautiful tile and I felt it was the foolproof choice.

Sorry I’ve droned on! Best of luck to you and enjoy the process :)

@Carolyn Werner, did you use the Wow Fez white gloss 2.5x5 for your backsplash? What color grout did you use?

@Pam Mason Hi! Yes - we used the Wow Fez white gloss 2.5 x 5 and white grout. Good luck with your project! :)
