I don't know what you mean by dips but no matter what you choose the sub floor needs to be sound. IMO the same tile you have outside the laundry would be my choice some waste for sure but a simple answer .

Have the floor flattened with self leveling compound and use the same tile. A floor with dips will have to be flattened for most any flooring.

It appears you have a few floors? What do I see to the left in your picture? What is everywhere else? the oak, or the porcelain? Or the brown?

Will your laundry room door stay closed most of the time? If so, it may not matter as much which flooring you put in it.

Maybe you can find a smaller tile in porcelain to compliment the Calcutta.
