Does anyone know of a good alternative to actual lime plaster that can give the same textured, matte, earthy look as the picture attached?

My contractors are not experienced in applying lime plaster and I’m apprehensive about the results/cost overruns of entrusting them with actual lime plastering. Does anyone know of paints that can give this type of effect? Ideally I would like it to be one continuous shade and texture on the walls and ceiling - to give it an adobe home type of look.
