I would expand the front landing to a whole front of house porche then add the planting beds in front of that with some nice chairs on the porch and a nice wide walkway from the street to the entry and if at all possible please no chainlink fence or at lease grow something that covers it up

I would just bring the landscape bed out and soften the lines. i would plant some oretty perrenials and in front of that for added color some annuals. I think it will make a huge difference for not

much money.

I think it would look really nice to expand the garden so it extends as far out as the sidewalk. it will really make your home look more welcoming and robust. I'm not a huge rose shrub fan but to each their own for sure!

The shrubs should be moved away from the house and replaced with individual…taller shrubs with pretty …individual silhouettes below window height…the porch steps seem to angle off? On one side?…i would square them up ..and replace the little roof over the door…built out deep enough to cover the porch with simple columns supporting the little roof…the lines of your home are interesting …architecturally…i don’t think a “country garden look is needed…just some simple silhouettes…to contrast with the simple but interesting lines of the home…with this concept the lower planting could border the walkway for a softer ..but more substantial look

If the fences must stay ….i would plant a local fast growing vine to cover them …as they don’t help the curb appeal..
