Refinish your floors. Spot finishing will always be visible. Since your finish was not adhered correctly, likely through too many coats of stain, this will be needed sooner than later, even if you spot finish.

Absolutely no on the wood filler, it will look 100 times worse than right now. Do you know what the current finish is? Without know you really cannot do anymore nor should you have done what you did in reality. But since what's done is done. I would leave i until you are ready to refinish the whole floor, unless you know exactly what the current finish is (not the stain).

I only added a little bit with a q tip. The texture was always there. It’s only visible when you see it from that angle. When looking at it from the top or the other side you can’t tell due to the stain.

I’ll get my floors refinished but this should do for now. Once my table is in, that will be covered anyway.
