You have fencing/ a railing on the right of your photo. What is that? How would another fence interact with that? We need to see more photos of this area, especially from the street facing the house.

I'm might opt for shrubs to provide some screening instead of fencing with solid panels.

I do not see fencing on the right . I think a hedge would be a lot nicer and keep some of the dust down too . Please post a pic from much further back so we can see the house and the part you want the fence on If there is only 5' that will of course decide if you can get hedging that is not too fast growing. Why were the other trees removed ? To me it is important to be aware if there was disease that killed the trees. If so it could still be in the ground. I am a bit confused as to the use of the front yard so I need pics . Post same as you did before ina comment here .
