Unfortunately I am not able to change the external structure (build on etc). I am looking for some advice on how to add property value/ curb appeal. The house feels very dated. What landscaping could I use, colour schemes, should the brick be painted out, should the windows remain white or replace with black (windows need replacing any ways they are drafty ~2007 would be best guess).
