We contracted a designer to do the drawings for our outdoor area remodel. In the drawings, she has the step to the spa and the top of the spa finished in mosaic tiles. Currently, we have coping. I think it looks beautiful how it contrasts with the pool deck. However, we do have two kids and I have a concern how slippery it will be when wet. They freaquently get in and out of spa and walk on top of it. If anyone has any experience or thoughts, please share.
