looking for AQUASURTECH paint

We recently had the house resided with a James Hardie dark blue, black soffits and black gutters. The AZEK trim is white but the intention was to have it painted black. AZEK requires paint with a reflective index of 55 or higher, and it turns out only AQUASURTECH makes that paint. Or did. Our painter purchased one gallon, painted the trim around the ground floor rear windows, and then found out AQUASURTECH is no longer in business when he tried to buy more. Does anyone have any extra?
