I need help finalizing tile and stone selections for a master bathroom renovation. Here's what we've narrowed it down to so far.

Main floor

Bedrosians Urban 2.0 in Nova White in 12"x24" laid in a brick pattern. This is the only tile/stone decision I've made!

Shower floor

Option 1: Bedrosians Urban 2.0 in Nova White in 2" square mosaic

Option 2: Bedrosians Magnifica 1" x 4" Honed Herringbone Porcelain Mosaic Tile in Calacatta Super White

I'm drawn to the Option 2 herringbone pattern more, but I haven't been able to get a sample to confirm it looks good in person. I know Option 1 will "go" since it's the same tile as the floor tile. But are the Option 1 squares too boring?

Shower walls

Option 1: Bedrosians Urban 2.0 in Nova White in 12"x24" laid in a brick pattern (the same as the main floor)

Option 2: Tilebar Manchester Bianco White 3"x12" subway tile laid in 4 vertical over 1 horizontal pattern.

I'm aesthetically drawn to Option 2 more. But...

1. Our shower is on the large end (4.5' x 7') -- will the smaller scale look odd?
2. Will I eventually resent having to clean all that grout?
3. If the contractor can't get the pattern to end perfectly at the ceiling, will that bug me forever?

At this point, I'm leaning more toward Option 1 because it just eliminates those 3 concerns. But will it look a little blah?

Stone

I would like to use the same stone for the vanity countertop and backsplash, shower threshold, and shower bench.

We haven't ruled anything out yet, but the one my husband and I like the most is White Cherokee marble with a honed finish.

In addition to it being really lovely (see it installed here and here), it's quarried about 30 miles away from our house, which is cool! (I've done tests on a sample piece. Stain resistance is good. It does etch, but I'm ok with that.)

But does its cool-ish tones clash with the Urban 2.0 in Nova White? If so, should I pick a different stone? Or pick Option 2 for shower walls? Or...something else entirely?

Here's a photo I took with my various samples together and in similar light to the bathroom. (In case it matters: We are debating between a white oak vanity or one painted something greige-y. Walls will be BM White Dove (or similar). Plumbing hardware will be chrome. We'll also have some black accents -- picture frames, door knobs, sconces and/or mirror frames (TBD))
