Just use same white on ceiling as on walls. IMHO that can often look better anyway than some ugly "ceiling white" which can be too stark or blue in contrast to a creamier or whiter white.

Just be aware that when the walls and ceiling are painted with the same color the ceiling will always appear darker. Often when we want the ceiling to blend but appear lighter we do a 25% mix of the original color the rest white. I rarely hate ceiling white though.

The new color is brighter than the current Dover.

It makes sense to paint the ceiling the same color as the walls. But the ceiling should be a flat finish. You don't have to be super precise cutting in the ceiling line. Which makes rolling the ceiling DIY a bit more doable. Using an upper tier product on the ceiling will help too.

We're a huge fan of the Dunn-Edwards (DEW380) white. We use the Suprema velvet on interior walls and the Suprema flat on the ceiling to knock down some of the reflection from lighting. It's the best white we've ever used in interior homes. We'd stick with the same color for walls and ceiling, it's easier to maintain too.
