purpleish bleach stain on carpet?

back in january i noticed there was blood on my carpet from my dog, so i freaked out and used bleach (which is so dumb) and then it started to turn purple then i freaked out again and used nail polish remover(again so dumb) i tried scrubbing with dish soap (obviously didn’t work) i left it alone for a while and i’m selling my house but i need to fix this stain up first. When it first stained it was a very bright purple now it’s more of a faded purple.

does anyone have any recommendations on how to remove this?

You can't remove this. It has bleached the color out of the carpet, as bleach does. No easy fixes.

No, no fixes. Offer a carpet allowance, depending on your area and house price range. Or you could adjust your selling price accordingly for new carpet, but sometimes people like that allowance. Frankly, I’m house hunting and it would not put me off at all, if I otherwise loved your house. I probably wouldn’t even offer less because of it.

You have removed the dye from the carpet, no fixing. If you have the same carpet in a closet, a skilled person can cut out the bleached and patch with another piece.
